Acting for Homeschool Students

Students will learn to create characters in a fun, group dynamic. They will become familiar with acting tools of voice, body language and facial expressions. Basic stage terminology and stage etiquette will be taught. Acting games, exercises and improvisation will be explored but the emphasis will be on projection, movement, and relationships between characters. Simple to intermediate scenes will be used for the final family/friends performance.

Fee: $120

Schedule:
Ages 6-11, Mondays 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Ages 12-17, Mondays 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Spring I: February 5th - March 26th
Spring II: April 9th - June 2nd
Fall I & II: Schedule Available Summer 2007
